January 10 flop storm
Snowing in South Jersey this evening when all were calling for rain.
Looking at the 0 degree reading in Albany New York this morning, one could see there was some very cold air to the north that would want to 'dam' down the coastline. I see that winds are northeast this evening .... when the forecast was southeast wind and rain.
